Soul Coaching

"The aim of Soul Coaching is to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life. It helps you to clear away mental and emotional clutter so you can hear the messages from within. It also helps you to discover your purpose so you can design a life that supports that purpose.

Regular life coaching usually focuses on the attainment of a goal or a dream. This differs from therapy, in which the intention is usually towards emotional healing. Soul Coaching is different from these modalities, as its primary aim is to clear away inner debris in order to connect you with the wisdom of your soul. "

What is Soul Coaching®?

Soul Coaching is a program designed to use the power of the four elements in a daily approach to changing your life. There are many ways to use the Soul Coaching program, either through daily inner work with me as your coach, or through weekly or regularly scheduled appointments ( phone, internet or in person), to work on various aspects of the program.

The four elements Air~ Water~ Fire~ Earth have been honored by native cultures for centuries on the power and assistance they can lend. Using the natural elements, through work with mental clarity and breath, with hydration and cleansing, through joy and action, and employing self nurturing and care, we enable you to see past your self imposed limitations, to look outside the box you feel you are in.

How do we work together on Soul Coaching®?

It would be great if you were local to the Pittsburgh area, and we could have our meetings in person.... however, I have successfully coached people all over the world using Soul Coaching methods and incorporating feng shui shifts and changes to help support them on their path to the life of their dreams.

With telephone and internet, we can have an instant connection without leaving your home or office!  Here's are several options for our ongoing coaching programs:

1. We can work on the 28 day Soul Coaching program through daily email assignments, conveniently in your inbox, without having to 'make time' to find your book, or go to a class.  While each assignment could take from 15 minutes to several hours (your choice!) just reading through the assignment and ideas can be enough to set energy in motion that will change your life forever. You write back to me, let me know what you discovered, uncovered, or just how you are feeling. I'm here for you, every day... just an email away.

2. We can have weekly phone or Skype consultations to review how life is going, as shift and changes occur. Prior to our calls, I will email your weekly assignment, and we will celebrate the energy of the element of the week. This is not therapy, however coaching is the path that can work on blockages to success, banishes fears, and brings more joy in life. These sessions will included small Soul Journeys to allow you to relax and connect to your own inner wisdom.

3. We can do a combination of the first two options, with daily emails, AND a weekly 1 hour call.

As we work on your personal life, health,  career,  or other aspects that bring your self less than total joy, we will discuss changes you can make in your home or environment to empower you with success and support you in changing the way you think, creating your new paradigm of happiness.

I also offer the daily email version on the program as a group program through the year. Please check the calendar for the next scheduled group program. (Group programs are a less expensive option to customized private coaching)

  • 28-Day Soul Coaching® Program: Through weekly appointments in person, on the phone or through Skype, or through a daily email based communication and coaching.
     
  • Soul Journeys: I can take you on one-on-one individual guided journeys (and past life journeys) into the depths of your soul. This allows you to truly hear the wisdom of your soul and gain answers to the questions of your life. (This can be done on the phone as well as in person.) 90 minutes
     
  • Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reading: Using the a special divination method that utilizes the wisdom in your Soul in conjunction with the  Soul Coaching® Oracle Cards I assist you to learn the answers to your heartfelt questions about your life. 30 minutes
