We use color, scent, sounds, symbolism, shapes, and the concepts of how energy moves through a space; what makes it move fast, what makes it slow down, what causes it to get stuck. And how each of these conditions affects the people who live there.

 

We use sacred space clearing, the process to remove stagnant energy forces from a building, house blessings, and other ceremonies to consecrate spaces. We work with the traditional type of 'cures' (mirrors, crystals, plants), but also use other subtle methods, to change the energy of a space. A Feng Shui balanced home does not need to look like a Chinese trinket shoppe!

 

We believe very much that your home is a reflect of your soul. The two are tied together. What your home reflects, reflects upon you. Changing your home, will indeed change how you feel, how you act, what you can do and accomplish.

What Defines Interior Alignment Certification?

If you have been investigating Feng Shui as a profession, you know there are many schools of study for working with the ancient practices of the environmental energy, from China, India, Native America and Europe. Interior Alignment gives honor to each, teaching concepts from many of these practices, with the focus on the clients needs, and being sensitive to what changes or enhances best serve their lives at this time. Interior Alignment certification offers an excellent well rounded curriculum of feng shui and space clearing practices honoring all cultures and systems.

Interior Alignment is different from many other feng shui schools in many important areas. Interior Alignment gives the opportunity for Feng Shui professionals to continue with Advanced level courses, and allows you to specialize in the area of study you feel most drawn to pursue. 

Interior Alignment also offers online support to all practitioners through a phenomenal e-group. This group includes many experienced and gifted individuals who are always there to help with information on specific consults or just to give support and business encouragement.

The International Institute of Interior Alignment is the organization of IA professionals who work hard to maintain the standards of our curriculum and practices in line with the International standards, as well as our own internal mission for our practitioners. 

Currently, in the United States, there is no standards yet, but Interior Alignment will be ready for when this happens, and stands at the forefront of prominent Feng Shui certification programs available. LuAnn is an Active member of the International Feng Shui Guild board, and her programs promote the professionalism within a sacred Feng Shui consultant profession.

Interior Alignment's recognition continues to grow in the Feng Shui community. With representation as speakers, authors and informational booths at every major conference in the United States, and Denise Linn's continued support, the ranks of Interior Alignment practitioners grows yearly, and the Interior Alignment 'brand' of feng shui also becomes more well known to our customers and clients.

Marketing opportunities exist for IA practitioners in sharing with these booths and advertising on the IA website. The IA online community is very much about sharing, and often client referrals come from other IA practitioners who are looking for someone in your area. Currently there are over 500 practitioners worldwide, and the numbers are growing daily. 

The core of the certification program is the Interior Alignment Practitioner Manual, written by Denise Linn, and only available to IA practitioners. But more than just the information in this huge manual, is the experiential and practical aspects of each intensive workshop and course.

Inner work, development of energy sensitively, intuition, confident in your skills is accented within LuAnn's program. You will experience the time needed  for a process of self discovery, and using the concepts  from this course in application of your own life, and helping your classmates to do the same.

Onsite portions of the courses are held at Inner Strength, in our comfortable Seminar room, and out on our 30 rural acres of woodlands and rolling farmland. 

What is Instinctive Feng Shui?

Feng Shui literally means “wind and water,” which are the flowing elements that shape the surface landscape of the earth. Feng Shui is the science and art of placing buildings and objects in such a way that there is a balance between yin and yang, and where chi––the life breath––can circulate freely. Feng Shui is a mix of psychology, physiology, geography, ecology, architecture, medical science and spirituality. Instinctive Feng Shui is about seeking balance and harmony in a space as well as in your life, using the philosophies, methods and practices from cultures around the world. Instinctive Feng Shui is a part of the Interior Alignment system. Sacred Space clearing and the Syncro-Alignment process are also key components to the Interior Alignment certification program

What makes the Inner Harmony Certification Program Special?

This is a tough question as there are many excellent Interior Alignment Master teachers all over the world. (Some of them are my very good friends!) 

Training with Me at Inner Harmony will provide you with a rich experience with many opportunities to apply your new knowledge with your classmates.

We take nature walks to work with elements, signs and symbols; and journeys through town identifying Feng Shui situations in real life homes, allowing you to experience how the energy does feel in those case.

We work hands on with essential oils, bells, bowls, drums, and crystals in our space clearing work. We practice with many space clearing tools, some used by Denise Linn herself. As color and it's therapeutic use is another favorite subject of mine, we interweave the psychological, physical and metaphysical aspects of color throughout the class. This includes working with the Bagua using color for balance.

And, I love to gift students with tools and practical items to help in their upcoming professional practice!

Inner Strength is the health and wellness center that my husband and I own. We both teach professional level courses (his in Chinese Medicine). Our center is modern yet balance with the beauty of nature all around us. But don't' worry about feeling like you are in a sterile classroom or funky hotel conference room. My intensives at Inner Strength are like being in my home, as Inner Strength IS my home, and I make it as comfortable and relaxing as possible for every student. Many people walk in the front door and say it feels like 'coming home', and it allows you to fully immerse yourself into the learning, when you are relaxed in your environment.

I have been teaching and sharing  for many years. I love working with people and it give me great joy to see this knowledge shared. I love to see my graduates succeed and be prosperous in any arena they choose.

Inner Harmony offers several formats of education allowing certification in this system. 

Internet Based Certification  with Onsite Intensive

This Internet based course provides the lecture portions of the Feng Shui and Space Clearing seminars in easy to follow emailed lessons, based on the Interior Alignment Practitioner manual written by Denise Linn. Bi-weekly assignments are to be emailed to your classmates in the yahoo group established for the class. As a group, we share experiences and ask questions just as if we were in a round circle forum. The six day on-site intensive puts your new knowledge into action by experiencing actual consultations, ceremonies, and ‘hands-on’  Syncro Alignment techniques. This experience makes Interior Alignment such a powerful Feng shui and space clearing practice. This intensive allows you to further develop your own energetic sensitivities as well as confidence in the knowledge and skills your have developed.

Advanced Interior Alignment Certification  

As the Education and Membership Director for Interior Alignment, I'm excited to be a provider of the Advanced Interior Alignment Course, allowing Practitioners to expand their skills, share information, and grow in their abilities and confidence.

IA Advanced training has 4 days of standard curriculum that offers additional information on the use of the Bagua, five elements and the Western Astrology methods. You will be expanding your skills in the use of intention and also practice in Syncro Alignment. The fifth day will be an in-depth exploration of subject I absolutely adore!

Onsite Intensive Certification: (not currently offered in 2008)

The full Interior Alignment Practitioner Certification is based on the completion of two week-long intensives. These intensives can be taken back to back, or separately over time.  One week is devoted to the methods and practices associated with Space Clearing and creating Sacred Space. The other week is in-depth practice of various feng shui methods and consulting skills. Each week offers a certification in that particular skill set. Both weeks focus on the Syncro-Alignment training that is key to the Interior Alignment Practitioners skills. 

Included in this training time is actual space clearing and feng shui consultations, various practice session to increase your sensitivity to environmental energy, as well as sensitivity to your clients needs. It is also a time of self discovery as you put these new found tools and skills to work in your own life, even before you arrive home.
