Soul Coaching group to bring your dreams to reality

The group becomes a sacred space for everyone, where people can share their experiences weekly. The onsite program runs for 6 weeks. Each week takes you step by step, through an amazing process that allows you to realize your goals, your true desires, how to visualize your perfect future, and then take steps towards achievement.

The first week is an introduction to the program, with some assignments for you to complete before the start of the actual 28 day process. The next four weeks we journey  through each of the four elements, Air, Water, Fire and Earth. We spend each week, experiencing the power of  the energy of each element, sharing our assignments from the previous week, and preparing for the next one.

The final week is a shared guided visualization experience, where we help each other cement our new chosen soul path. Each class you will experience different ways to incorporate body/mind/soul, whether is is through movement, art, scent, or music.
